IFTTT で "Push Notifications failed to update" と表示されて通知をオフにできない

IFTTT で Applet の通知をオフ or オン しようとすると "Push Notifications failed to update" とポップアップ表示されて通知を変更できない

Applet を turned off で無効化した後、設定変更を行う
